My journey with N Thatcher Law LLC began from a deep commitment to service, shaped by over 18 years in law enforcement and a desire to use my legal training to make a positive difference. I aim to provide personalized, high-quality legal services with integrity, compassion, and a practical focus on helping individuals and families navigate life’s legal challenges. Whether guiding clients through estate planning, elder law, probate, or special needs matters, our goal is to offer trusted support tailored to each person’s unique needs. i am also deeply invested in community outreach, believing that a stronger, more connected community benefits everyone I serve.

I bring a unique perspective to the legal field as both a licensed Texas attorney and a Master Peace Officer. My career began in 2007 in South Carolina and led me to the Deer Park Police Department in 2009, where I’ve served as a Patrol Officer, Detective, Hostage and Crisis Negotiator, and currently as a School Resource Officer. I’ve led complex investigations and developed strong problem-solving and communication skills through high-stakes negotiations. After earning my Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, I entered legal practice with a focus on advocacy, justice, and public service. I hold additional degrees in Public Administration and Business Administration and remain committed to professional growth, family, and community involvement. At the heart of my work—whether in the courtroom, the classroom, or the community—is a steadfast belief in service, integrity, and trust.
