| In-person consultations may be charged at a higher rate, depending on the travel distance to the meeting. |
| First Responder Discount: All first responders receive a 25% discount. |
| Couples and Family Discount: The rates listed are per individual. For couples who complete their estate plan simultaneously, one partner will receive a 25% discount. For families completing their estate plan simultaneously, any planning documents prepared for children — such as healthcare directives, special needs trusts, or guardianship trusts — will receive a 50% discount. |
VA Benefit Advocacy
At N Thatcher Law LLC, we are not looking to take money from our Veterans. That is why we offer our services as follows:
- VA Benefit Consolations are free.
- Representation on appealing your denied or modification of approved application for benefits is done on a contingent fee of 20% of past owed benefits. These fees is paid directly by the VA to N Thatcher Law.
